HR HEAD FOR A HUGE PAPER MANUFACTURING FIRM IN QC
Key Attributes:
1. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience as Department Head.
2. Must have sufficient exposure in all areas of Human Resource Management.
3. Must possess adequate knowledge on labor code and labor relations and management.
4. Superior organizational, communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any behavioral courses
Main Specification: a) Preferably Female
b) 28 to 35 years old
c) Single/ married
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays/ 8:00 – 6:00/ 7:00 pm
Work Assignment: Manufacturing
