hi. i am really interested. i need a cocktail dress for my prom. it is very simple only. no extravagant designs. a simple ribbon may do bellow the chest.  just a knee length dress. I want it flowy like a "pregnant dress". the cloth that will be used maybe silk or something appropriate for a "flowy dress". can you give me an estimation on how much it would cost? im really on a low budget :( thanks a lot. i hope you reply.
