What to expect after payment of reservation fee:

1. You may pay for your reservation thru bank deposit or credit card. We will email a Tour Receipt within 24 hours once payment is evident by a scanned deposit slip.

2. Comprehensive itinerary, travel waivers and reminders like things to bring and pack will be emailed.

3. Van details such as make and color, plate number,  seat assignment and driver/guide contact details will be emailed a week before the scheduled tour.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Advertised price is based on quad sharing. We have rates for triple, couple and solo travellers.

2. Early birds will be assigned to the front seat, arrangement starts from front to back. However, in case we have an elderly or person with disability the front seat will be given to them.

3. Assignment and the make of van will depend on the number of participants and its availability a week before the scheduled tour.

4. Full payment and signed travel waivers are required before departing for the tour.

5. Payments done are non-refundable but may be transferred to another party or rescheduled to the next available tour. However, no-show or cancellation 7 days prior to scheduled tour will forfeit deposit and will be applied to cover for travel cost. 

6. Please be flexible for circumstances that may cause change to the itinerary as some may arise and may be beyond our control.
