Requirements for HOME BAKING TUTORIAL SESSION:

1.) Gas Oven or Electric Oven with Oven Thermometer

2.) Hand Mixer or Kitchen Aide Mixer

3.) Ample space for baking session

4.) Baking pans              

5.) Weighing scale

COURSE 1: LEARN THE BASIC CAKE

1. Sponge

2. Moist Cake

3.  Banana Cake

4.  Walnut Carrot Cake

Time: 7am - 2pm

Payment: Php 1500 (handouts included)

Minimum number of participants: 1

COURSE 2:  LEARN CAKE FROSTING/FILLING

1. Butter cream Icing

2. Cream Cheese Icing

3. Chocolate glazing/ Ganache

4.  Custard filling/ Pastry Cream

Time: 7am - 2pm

Payment: Php 1500 (Handouts included)

Minimum number of participants: 1

COURSE 3: LEARN COOKIES and BARS

1.  Chocolate Chip Cookies

2.  Soft and chewy crinkles

3. Fudge Brownies

4. Oatmeal Bars

5. Peanut Butter cookies

Time: 7am - 2pm

COURSE 4:  LEARN Cheese Cake

1.  New York cheese cake

2. Oreo Cheese cake

3. Chilled Cheese cake
