Qualifications:

• Candidate for our Customer Service positions should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Moderate-to-extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to Multi-task:

1.                  Answering email inquiries
2.                  Chat Support for web visitors
3.                  Take Inbound calls

• Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills.
• Team player and able to work with less supervision.
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
• Knowledge on cars, electronics and audio related products is an advantage.
• Knowledge on handling Online Retail or eBay inbound account is preferable.
• Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Independent with a positive work ethics and passion to succeed.
