Qualifications:
- Candidate for our Customer Service positions should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Moderate-to-extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to Multi-task:
- Answering email inquiries
- Chat Support for web visitors
- Take Inbound calls
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills.
- Team player and able to work with less supervision.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
- Knowledge on cars, electronics and audio related products is an advantage.
- Knowledge on handling Online Retail or eBay inbound account is preferable.
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Independent with a positive work ethics and passion to succeed.

- Typing Speed of 50-60 WPM

- Experience with an eBay inbound account
A 'Good' candidate will have the following qualities:
