International Sales – BPO Services

The International Sales – BPO Services is a manager level position for experienced sales professionals to provide the lead role in closing/developing new accounts, planning sales cycles, meeting sales quota, managing sales resources and implementing sales strategies. He/She should have proven experience and solid background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services sales – which includes Information Technology services (ITS), Customer Contact Management services (CSM) and Document Content Processing and Development services (CPD).  He/She should be familiar of the cultural nuances involved on specific geographical/vertical industry sales (i.e., US financial industry). 

Requirements:

• 7-yrs+ min experience in enterprise sales in a multinational setup
• Quota Buster -- proven sales closing experience with multinational account in BPO industry
• Experience  in drafting sales strategies, methodologies, plan, execute and follow-through
• Proven skills in cross-functional business team environment
• Proven skills in customer communications both oral and written proposals

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plan – identifying markets, target customers and capture methodologies
• Execute sales – achieve quota and deliver sales closures on monthly basis
• Account management – maintain existing accounts and cross-sale for new services
• Ensure revenue growth targets are maintained and met on quarterly basis
• Open to Travel and/or Foreign Assignments (3-4 months rotating role)
