Systems and Network Administrator and IT Tech Support

IT Support qualifications:

• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Experienced with hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
• Able to perform the job successfully, and should have sound knowledge of the administration and configuration of various systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Have excellent communications (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Have knowledge of the operation and configuration of the MS Office Suite and OpenOffice.
• Willing to work on long hours and on shifting schedules.

Systems & Network Administrator qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or any related courses.
• Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• With extensive experience in the following technologies: File Server Management, Network Troubleshooting & Repair, and Storage Area Networking, Application Server, ftp (E-mail, Firewall, Proxy, SQL database). Firewall : Sonicwall, E-mail : mail enable.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of standard routing, network protocols and technologies, such as; Spanning Tree, EIGRP, BGP, TCP/IP, Frame Relay, MPLS and VoIP. Voip = Nuera (SER-Predictive dialing system)
• Must have proven leadership skills in providing guidance and expertise to co-workers
• For Systems Administration, One must have exposure in Windows and or Linux servers environment
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Linux/Unix/MAC Operating System is a plus.
• Willing to render an occasional overtime work and work on weekends.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City , Libis , QC .
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to work on long hours and on shifting schedules.

Relevant technical experience from another Call Center would be an advantage but not required.  Successful applicants would report directly to the Senior IT person in the United States .
