I'm buying a PayPal Business account with Mass Payment. Reason for it is that my friend's Business PayPal account was limited and he is unable to unfreeze it. He needs to pay many people ASAP so he needs a PayPal Business account with Mass Payment.
We will pay through Payza, PHP, or my personal PayPal. The details of the account will be changed immediately after purchase or you may even change it to what we say before purchase so you can be sure that we will not use your personal details (Name, Address, etc.). The account will be transferred first and then we will send 2,000 PHP immediately.
