For BTS sites projects: (Team Leaders, CivilWorks Contractors, I & C Engineers, Electricians,  Riggers, Helpers )

We ,urgently ,need Civil works contractors/ Telecom Installers/ Technician, Rigger, Installation Team Leader, Commissioning/ Integration Engineer, Telecom Carpenter, Electrician, Helper with knowledge and experience  in Telecom equipment installation.

We immediately need civil works Team Leaders, Carpenters (with knowledge in assembly of Cell Site radio room or cabin), Riggers and installers (for installation of Microwave antenna bracket for tower, antenna poles, cable ladders, equipment rack, groundings, power electrician for cell site, helpers with experience in cellsite civil works & electrical works.

1. Installation Team Leader: minimum 1 years experience

Will handle team for installation, testing, comissioning and integration of Telecom Equipments use in Cellular Networks. Globe. Smart & Sun Cellular contractor experience.

2. For Installer/ Technician: minimum 1  year/s experience

Installation of Telecom Equipment use in Cellular Networks ( BTS, RBS, 3G/ 4G, Wi-Max, Microwave/ Radio, Feeder cable, Groundings. etc.)

and other indoor telecom accessories. Preferably with experience from subcontractors of Globe, Smart & Sun Cellular

3. Antenna Rigger. Installer: Appx 2 years experience

Installation of Antenna ( BTS, Wi-Max, Microwave Antenna, etc.), feeder cable, groundings, feeder cable clips and accessories, with full knowledge in tower climbing, no fear of height. Preferable with experience from subcontractors from Smart, Globe, Sun Cellular.

4. Commissioning/ Integration, Testing Engineers: Appx 2 years experience

Full knowledge in Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Integration of BTS, RBS, 2G/3G/4G Wi-Max Telecom equipments ( from either Huawei, Nokia, Motorola, Alcatel, Siemens, Microwave Radio SDH/ PDH). With drivers  licence.

5. RF Engineer: minimum 2 years experience

Knowledge in Testing, Optimization, RF Tuning. With knowledge in different application software used  in 2G, 3G, 4G/ Wi-Max. With  drivers licence.

6. Electricians/ Installers: Appx 2 years experience

Full knowledge in electrical installation for Cellular Networks, power tapping, groundings, ACPDB, MDP, circuit breakers, single phase/ 3 phase, generators, UPS, etc.

7. CivilWorks Contractors: Appx 1 year experience

Experience in  Foundation laying for Tower Erection, Shelter Erection and Grounding, Telecom equipment installation, cable ladder, antenna pole, hangers, collapsible cabin, masonry, carpentry, equipment rack and other telecom accessories.

All candidates must have experience from Telecom contractors/ sub-contractors of Smart, Globe & Sun Cellular.

We can accept  your offers for  specific provincial projects also and On-call/ project basis.
