1. Solo Room - P3.500 for 1 lady boarder (no roommate) - AVAILABLE ON OCTOBER 1, 2012

2.  Solo Room  # 2 - Occupied

3.  Solo Room # 3  - Ocuppied

4.  Solo Room # 4 - Occupied

CONDITIONS:

1. With bed, mattress, cabinet and electric fan

2. One month deposit only.

3. One month deposit – shall be applied for the last month or the remaining (1) month or shall answer partially for damages and any other obligations such as additional electrical appliances, etc.

4. Monthly rental to be paid every first day of the month or before moving in.

5. Shared - 2 comfort rooms.

6. Curfew -12:00 Midnight until 5:00 AM

7. Free of charge - lights, water and electric fan. Additional electrical appliances shall be charged separately.

8. Rules on cleanliness and electrical safety must be observed.

9. Male visitors are NOT allowed to stay in the room.

10. Male or female visitors or relatives are limited only to reception area for security purposes.

11. Transient is not allowed.

12. Female visitors or relatives are not allowed to stay overnight unless there is permission from the owner.

13. Pets are not allowed.

14. The Lessor has the right to enter or check the room for safety reasons and for any other lawful purposes which it may deem necessary.

15. The room is inside the residential house. Boarders are free to use our kitchen, except for the LPG stove, which will be charged separately.

TRANSPORTATION:

1. This is one ride to SM North or Trinoma - "P11.00 lang ang pamasahe" •

2.  Sumakay ng jeep sa Trinoma or SM na papuntang NIA/NPC Tandang Sora.

3.  Bumaba sa jeep bago pumasok sa NPC Village.

4.  Lumakad patunggong Mount Crest Subdivision or Upper Banlat .

5.  Ang bahay ay nasa tapat ng Sam's Barbershop. 

Alternatives / Other Options:

•From EDSA to 216 Banlat Road via “Banlat Road”:

1.  Sumakay ng bus via Novaliches - Bayan C-5, Congressional Ave, Mindanao Ave.

2.  Bumaba sa Mc Donald, or 7-11 cor Tandang Sora Ave and Mindanao Avenue.

3.  Sumakay ng pulang tricycle sa harap ng Petron Gas Station.

4 . Bumaba sa tricycle kapag ito ay paliko na sa "Upper Banlat".

5.  Ang bahay ay nasa tapat ng Sam's Barbershop.

• From UP or Commonwealth Ave. to 216 Banlat Road via “Himlayan or Villa Corina Road”:

1. Sumakay ng Jeep na nasa New Era Hospital, Mc Donald, 7-11. Fare - P8.00

2.  Bumaba sa jeep pag nasa Palengke-Visayas Ave cor Tandang Sora Ave - Jollibee / SM Hypermarket / Eunilaine

2.1. Kung gustong mag-tricycle, sumakay ng "blue tricycle" - special trip from Jollibee or SM Hypermarket / Eunilaine hanggang sa bahay. P30.00 ang bayad for special trip. 

3. Sumakay uli ng jeep via NPC/NIA Village. Fare-P8.00

4. Bumaba pag-nasa gate na ng NPC Village.

5. Lumakad patungong Mount Crest Subdivision or Upper Banlat.
