Q: Why are you selling them way cheaper? Do you even get profit from this?

A: We have the ability to sell them cheaper because we get them straight from a supplier that gets licenses directly from adobe.com, Our supplier has  the capability to acquire mass licenses as they are purchased in volume. Most of the time these suppliers are also able to acquire PROMO codes that are not released to the public, most of the PROMO codes give these big discounts.  These are only provided to partners and loyal clients that represents a company/corporation. YES, we still do profit from this.

Q: Some sellers are actually selling cheaper than you guys and they do meet-ups/ are they genuine too?

A: No!!!! Those sellers are just taking advantage of your innocence when it comes to software installations, Those guys are most likely just using pirated cds/dvds to install the software, then they use a key generator to " activate " the software and "block" the hosts of adobe activation websites. Some would even just install the software and patch the software with some files from a pre-activated pirated copy. Installation made from these methods are not legitimate/ hence it is not upgradeable/ software wouldn't be under your name/ it is not registered under your own adobe id. If you travel a lot especially in the US this could be a big problem because they would consider it as piracy.

Q: Can I use my license on multiple computers?

A: No! Each license are only to be used on the original computer where you have first installed the software. Though according to Adobe, you may install and use the same license to a secondary computer ( desktop & laptop ). It is allowed only for the sole purpose of practicallilty wherein, you obviously can't carry your desktop when you're on the go ( thus the laptop plays its role for mobility ) * Please note that although Adobe allows this, they (the two software copies) can't be used both at the same time as a part of the limitation.

Q: What if i format my laptop/PC ? Will i still be able to use the same key without any problem?

A: Yes! You can. As long you will be using it on the same laptop/PC there wouldn’t be any problem at all. The motherboard should also be the same, it won’t work if your motherboard was altered/has been replaced.

Q: If i will be buying keys from you guys, can you install it on my PC/laptop ?

A: As much as we love to, we simply can’t. We do not have the luxury of time to go around and install operating systems/software for our customers. We sell keys, we are not a one stop shop. We suggest you to find someone else who can install it for you.

Q: Do you do meet-ups?

A: No. That is the main reason why shipping is FREE already (if installer is needed), because we do not have time for meet-ups. We would have put up an actual store somewhere instead of putting an online store if our target were to sell keys personally. If you’re not comfortable in buying from us because of this reason, we are not forcing you in anyway to do so. Thank you very much for understanding.

Q: Can you give me a guarantee for the keys that I am buying?

Even though we find this unnecessary, because the keys that we are selling are genuine and unique already we can give you a guarantee for you to have a sense of self assurance from what you are buying from us. Upon activation, if it doesn’t work, just show as a proof ( screenshot ) that it’s not really working and we’d replace the keys immediately as long as we have confirmed that your proof is valid and not photo-shopped of some sort. We will then have the “non-working key” BLOCKED immediately as well, so no one can use it, just in case you are just trying to extort us for more keys for the price of one. We are giving our customers (3) Three days to activate their software using the license key purchased from us. ( 3 days count starts from the electronic delivery date of the purchased license key ) eg.
