               Quality Care is a maid employment agency in the Philippines that started its roots in Metro Cebu in 2010. Since then it has become Cebu's fastest growing agency for housemaids, nannies, cooks, and other household workers. In a span of one year since its operation, Quality Care, which was then known as ARIZO MANPOWER SERVICES reached over 500 clients across Metro Cebu, catering to some of the Cebu's elite families, politicians, businessmen, working professionals, among others.

          The agency was once featured on ISYU KARON, a local news and public affairs program of GMA-7 Cebu that focused on violence involving domestic helpers. The owner was the resource person on the issue. Numerous queries were received almost everyday if we could deploy housemaids in Metro Manila back then.

         The management did not accede to the request because we wanted to have a much bettersystem and study the whole nitty gritty of the business. However, if the individual does not work out as you had hoped, we have a replacement guarantee. We will provide you with a six month replacement guarantee, to a maximum of 3 additional replacements over this period. Should we fail to give a replacement after 30 days from formal notice, then we PROMISE to give back a portion of the agency fee, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
