Questions:

Do I need to have any call center experience to apply?

No, Convergys hires people even without experience. 

Does Convergys hire high school graduates?

Unfortunately, no. You must be in (at least) 2nd year college before applying to Convergys.

How do I apply?

Send an email to getacvgjobnow@hotmail.com containing the following information:

• Name
• Contact Number
• Call Center Experience (if any) and
• Preferred Site (what Convergys site are you nearest to?/what Convergys site would you prefer to work at?)

When do I get the P3,000?

The P3,000 will be given to you on the payday nearest your training* completion date.

If your start date falls on the 1st to 15th of the month, you can claim your P3,000 on the 30th of the month.

If your start date falls on the 16th to 31st of the month, you can claim your P3,000 on the 15th of the next month.

How can I claim my P3,000?

Once you reach your 10th day of training, send us an email. Allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.

Once validated, the P3,000 will either be deposited to any bank account you currently have or your payroll.

What's in it for YOU?

Since this is a referral program, we offer you 60% of the amount employees get for referring new talent. Most who apply via job postings here on Sulit or on Jobstreet don't get any amount at all. We believe that you earned it for getting hired, so we'll give you the larger percentage.
