1. 50% of our applicants for maids, nannies, and other household workers come from OUTSIDE Luzon as we have DOLE-authorized recruiters from these areas. We coordinate and work closely with the local government and the PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE.

2. Our applicants have been medically screened prior to deployment (Xray and physical exam). This is FREE on the part of the clients. We shall furnish you with a copy of the test results.

3. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Quality Care does not give FALSE HOPES AND BROKEN PROMISES. Never do we guarantee on our helpers performance and behavior once they are deployed. However, to at least deter them from doing such acts, we would require them to secure a brgy clearance AND NBI or police certificates. On top of that, a picture taking and finger printing shall also be conducted as part of our security SOP. We would scan all the available documents that we have for our helpers and we will email them to you after 48 hours from contract signing.

4. As a legitimate business entity, we make sure that we always follow the guidelines set by DOLE and the local government. We will issue you with a BIR official receipt, furnish you with a copy of our service contract, among others. We value transparency and integrity in our every dealing.
