What is the process of the iPhone case? How is it made?

• It under goes a SUBLIMATION process and then HEAT PRESS.

 Is the quality of your cases good?

• DEFINITELY! We wouldn’t sell these cases in the first place if the quality weren’t good. Rest assured that its durability could stand daily wear and tear.

 How long does it take before I get the items that I ordered?

• We have a batch-by-batch process. So the cut off for the PAYMENT is every FRIDAY @ 2PM. You can get your item the following week around Friday as well. Yes, we cannot give a definite day count.

  For the Customized iPhone cases, is it printed up to the sides?

• No, only the back part is printed. Same goes with the RUBBER IPHONE CASE AND THE IPAD HARD CASE.

 How does the iPad Leather Case look like?

• The back part of the case is FULL BLACK LEATHER, and only the front part (or the cover) is printed/customized

 Can I send my own photos?

• YES, DEFINITELY! That’s why it is  “customized/personalized”. Even your own portrait picture is possible.

Can I send in my orders without the ORDER FORM?

• NO. No order form, no processing of orders.

 Do you make other cases other than what is posted?

• NO. We only sell what is posted; otherwise we would’ve stated it in our advertisements. 

Can you be the one to customize a photo for me because I have no designs in mind?

• We will try our best to fulfill your requirements but this is not much of a good idea. There’s no Photoshop expert on the team and 

What are the size requirements for the iPhone & iPad Case

• As for the iPhone Case, we suggest that customers choose a good resolution image resized to 2.45 x 4.55 inches (LxH). Otherwise, we will scale the images to properly fit into the case design. As for the iPad Case, whether hard or leather, we just suggest that you give us a good resolution image so that it won’t appear pixelated when printed. 

Do you ship outside Metro Manila (Philippines)?

• Yes, of course. We ship WORLDWIDE!!

 Are you open for RESELLERS/DROPSHIPPING?

• Yes, we are open for RESELLERS

How can I pay for the items I bought?

• Please check the ORDER FORM for options.

What if I’m not yet a sure buyer, can I reserve a case?

• No. J In order to reserve a case, you have to be a sure buyer and pay within the time frame given.

What if I submitted an Order Form & then I opted to cancel my orders?

• We will definitely put you on our BOGUS BUYERS page. There’s a terms & conditions part in the order form where you AGREED that you are a sure buyer and that there is NO CANCELLATION of orders. But no worries, I am easy to talk to & I can be flexible. Just please don’t abuse that.

Do you do MEET UPS? Where is your office? Can I pick up my items?

• I don't do meet ups. But yes you can pick up the items in my house (you can text me regarding this one). I don't have an office. This is a HOME BUSINESS.
