Selling the car for 150,000 Pesos (or best offer), you need to assume balance. The car is on 5 year loan and almost 2 1/2 years of the amortization has been paid which is equivalent to 470,000 pesos which includes the downpayment. As you can see, this is already a sacrifice sale as I will be leaving for abroad to work. The car has a very low mileage because 7 months after buying it, I started working from home so I only use it on weekends to go to church and do some errands. The car only has a low monthly amortization of 13,400 php.
