Directions For Mutant CRE-X12®
 

For the first five days (loading phase): Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when
you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have
the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 8 hours later.

Maintenance phase: Take one serving immediately after your workout. On non-training
days, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.
Preparation: Mix one serving (two scoops) of Mutant CRE-X12® with 12-16 oz. of cold
water. After you finish your serving of Mutant CRE-X12®, drink an additional 8 oz. of
water to help enhance absorption. For best results, use for at least 8 weeks.

Caution: First time users and individuals sensitive to creatine should start by using ½
serving (one scoop) to help assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than two (2)
scoops at any given time.
