Room for Rent MAkati / Taguig / Near MArket2x Makati City Metro Manila Real Estate Philippines

I'm looking for a female bedspacer to rent on our extra room in our house. Family po kami dito at kami ang makakasama nyo. P1,800 po per person; the  room is good for 2 persons, much better po kung 2 kau nung ksma nyo para secured din kau at the same time we could give u discount. KAsama na po sa 1,800 ang kuryente at tubig (Very strong water natin 24/7).Cellphone at electric fan lang ang allowed, Drinking Water not included s P1,800, u need to buy it po. We're willing to share our kalan, refrigerator, iron and washing machine with no extra cost but with minimal conditions but u need to inform us po. Common CR, Small SAla (1TV with CAble), Small Dining TAble, with SAmpayan sa labas ng haus, we also have wi-fi inside our house.We have our own gate, although my unang gate pa bago ung haus natin.IF you want to add other appliance, ok lng but with extra cost syempre depende sa item kung iaalow nmin o hindi.

If u want to occupy the room alone, pwede din po P2,300 po presyo ntin,you can use TV, Ref, Kalan,iron and washing machine again with no extra cost but with minimal conditions. Additional appliance means additional cost po.Just inform us kung ano gus2 nyo idagdag.

IF gagawin nyo lang tulugan, bigay ko ng P1,500, Some Budgeted persons kc tulugan lang ang hanap,ok lng hanggang P1,500 presyo ntin.Kung ayaw nyo ng my kasama, P2,000 ko po pa-rent sa inyo.

Very near sa MArket2x (One ride only); One ride to reach FTI; One ride to Guadalupe MRT; 2 short rides to AYALA.Malapit din po sa palengke. Very accesible po siya.Certified FLOOD-FREE!Hindi binaha ni Ondoy o ng Habagat (Aug. 2012)

2 months deposit is required pra mkalipat. Double deck frame (without foam) is readily available (size is semi-double and single sa taas) but u need to bring your own bedding(Foam), Efan and Wardrobe. Visitors are allowed till 7pm.  Strictly NO SMOKING NO DRINKING.
