We accept the following methods of payment:

SHIPPING

We ship orders using Philfox Courier tie up with LBC. Shipping charges are as follows (rates valid for packages equal to or less than 1kg or pouch size or volume)

Orders are shipped out on business days (Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays) only. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days for metro manila and 2-3 business days for provincial area after payment date.

We also ship via bus and AP Cargo.

 AFTERSALES

We don't want to leave customers hanging by telling you to just wait for your package. While our packages are promptly delivered, we want to make sure we provide consistent great service even after the transaction.

• We send tracking numbers either through SMS or PM. Feel free to let us know if you need help with the tracking.

Do you accommodate meet-ups / May I pay cash upon meet-up?

You bet we do! We may meet you at the following areas only on our convenient schedule:

• BICUTAN AREA (SM BICUTAN)
• SUCAT AREA
• ALABANG AREA (STARMALL/ METROPOLIS AND FESTIVAL ONLY)
• PASAY ROTONDA (LRT STATION)

 May you ship out my orders first before I send the payment?

Full payment is required before we ship out orders.

 If I send the payment today, when will I receive my orders?

Ship out of orders are mostly done the next business day after confirmation of payment. This means they will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 business days for metro manila area and 2-3 business days for provincial area.

 Delay of shipment may due to bad weather condition, incomplete address or some circumstances may occur during shipment.

May I get a discount?

Prices are non-negotiable and we ensure that they are competitive and reasonable. We put up promotions from time to time to help you get more bang for your buck so watch out for those.

 May I get a free shipping?

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise specified.

  Why did the price of a certain product increase/decrease?

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we do our best to price our products very fairly, we cannot control some costs that we incur in ordering the products (e.g. shipping & handling, taxes, etc.). Please take note also that our supplier reserve the right to charge us with varying price quotes each shipment/batch. There will also be times when we are more than willing to decrease the prices when our supplier gives us a lesser quote for certain batches. Rest assured that our price will still always be one of the most competitive in the market.
