We charge 500 per cell for prismatic type battery
A lithium prismatic battery on the other hand would look like this. Again it is OEM. it carries our own brand

We also carry the new cells which are called Lithium Polymer batteries. This kind of battery is normally used in Slim line laptops and PDA.Laptops like Toshiba Portege 2000, Compaq N160 uses this kind of battery. Price of this wont be posted as these are quite expensive. But
just to give you an idea it is between 600 to 2000 up each. Ouch! well it is still the best alternative that you kind find in the market. The good news about it is usually laptops or PDA would use less number of pcs anyway =)

By the way, we also have the CMOS battery coin cells that most laptop use. We try to be complete and we do hope we carry your battery needs.

You might ask how many cells do i really need? Depending on your laptop configuration. 

Now in our experience, average battery cells for laptops is between 6 cells to 9 cells so please do the math.
Dont think that the whole pack would cost 400!

What you must know

1. you cant use old cells to repack. it will destroy the circuit if you mix new and old cells. Granted that it will work, it will not work for a long period of time.

2. you cant use soldering technology in repacking. it will produce corrosion and will deteriorate the battery life for good. Lithium Ion batteries when exposed to heat deteriorates permanently. sure it will still charge but the capacity will be lower.

3. you cant just repack without knowledge of reprogramming eeprom chips that are installed in the circuitry. Even though that Lithium Ion battery doesnt have memory effect, it has what you call a digital memory effect which is installed in the eeprom. it remembers the old cell capacity so you have to reset in order to get the full potential of the new battery installed.

So beware of other repacking store which promises cheap price. Ask them how they do it so that you wont regret it later.
