FIRST you should have a target location in mind. Example: you have an existing business or you are a member of a cooperative. Suggestions also include schools, hospitals, terminals, companies and call center

SECOND, it would be helpful to read our blog and view the pages: 90% of questions are answered there.

THIRD, use the PM to give us an email (or email us, we have it posted there in the sulit ad) so that we can send you the franchise info sheet (FIS). We need that form filled up and returned to us so that we can know which part of the country you are, we can connect you to the trusted and preferred dealer in that area and we can also advise you if there are active applications in the specific loaction you want. (IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE HAVE TERRITORIAL RIGHTS MAPPED OUT AND WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE ENROACHING IN ANOTHER'S TERRITORY - so that in your case also, when you will become a franchisee, no one will usurp your area too!)

FOURTH, after review of your FIS and everything is good to go, we send you a billing statement. After that, you will sign an agreement when you make your deposit. 

FIFTH, you may opt to get the machine yourself from Makati head office or you get it from the dealer in your area. (You have the option to have it installed or install it yourself.)

FOR THOSE WHO SENT THEIR INQUIRIES VIA PM AND EMAIL - thanks very much for your response. Yes, I do prefer the email because I can readily send you the prepared FAQ's and the FIS you need to fill out.

By the way, do not get pressured. Filling out the FIS doesnt mean you will be a franchisee already (although we hope you will be :)) but using it, we can check if there is a dealer in the area, if the GPRS signal is ok and such...

computer shop owner ako... meron ba load  i2 sa mga online games like ng gameclub,level up,e-games etc.......? am very interested kung available sana.... thx

after 2.5years do i have to pay another 30k for the franchise?

SORRY FOR THE DELAYED REPLY. We were out installing two units and and manning exhibits.

Yes Sir we do have games: MOL, AMPED, GARENA LEVEL UP etc. In fact some computer shop owners buy from our machines and sell them to their computer shop patrons.

Just like any franchise business Sir, there is a franchise duration, which is 2.5 years.  Now, if it is earning good for you, then you may opt to renew the franchise fee (for those who were there first, it was just P20K). If it is not earning good for you then you can return the machine and your P10K investment for the load will be given back to you.

Even Jollibee (franchise fee runs in millions) renews the contract after some years.

Example, a unit is not earning much for you although you have been there at least 3 months. Then look for another location and ask permission to transfer the unit. Fortunately for your, ULOADVENDO can be transferred in as little as 2hours because it is so small (compared to other franchised kiosks)

• please check your spam box because the emails might have landed there
• some emails addresses you gave me are not correct and once I send emails, mail error delivery system gives a report immediately
• some emails (especially those who gave me office or company emails) are full that when I send emails they bounce back or they get filtered by your company's firewall

sir i just want to clarify your statement that the php 30,000 that i would pay for franchise fee would include a php 10,000 initial load to sell. then why is it indicated in the website of uload that there is a minimum advance of P10,000.00 for load inventory?

How does this uload machine earn for me? how much of the pie do I get?

Thanks for that, I will edit my ad. It was correct if it were before April 15, 2012.

Before April 15, the franchise fee was P20K plus P10K load inventory for a total of P30K

When the price increase was handed down April 15, the franchise fee is now P30K plus P10K load inventory for a total of P40K.

It earns money for you by people buying loads for their phones, for internet surfing, egames and soon ABSCBN products through your franchised vendo machine 24hours a day. You earn 7.5% of the gross sales.

Yes earnings are relatively small but since it is very manageable, many of our franchisees have more than one unit. I personally handle 3 franchisees with multiple units.

Some success stories like the one hospital in QC that grosses P4000 a day for example (that's P4000 x 30 days = P120,000/mo x 7.5% = P9,000/mo gross earnings) So that franchisee added more machines. He goes around collecting from his machines about once a week.

The good thing is that if it is not getting very good sales in one location, just ask permission to have it transferred to a better one.

Yep. Malaking bagay ang 2pesos. If you load P10 and may service charge na P2, 20% actually ang service charge lumalabas.

ok ang concept. kaso napakarami ng kalaban sa loading biz. khit saang kanto may nagloload. kung may shop nman marami nrin nagloload like vmobile at loadcentral w/o franchising fee.

tapos kung ipupwesto mu nman sa iba yang machine usually profit sharing.. and mostly 60/40 or 70/30. kung may magload ng 30pesos usually na ang kita mu dun ay 2-3 o (5-10%) pesos tpos profit sharing k pa. matitira syo 2pesos pesos per transaction. tpos paano p may dumaan na sira ang ulo, o mkukulit n bata. sundut sundutin at pokpokin kpg wlang tao. patay ang negosyo. tpos may franchise fee, ang liit ng kita nyan tpos may franchise fee ka pa.

matagal ang roi nyn tpos may franchise fee pa.
loading biz is actually for ads on lang sa existing biz. at tingin ko mhirap iiwan sa public ang ganyang machine.

bakit di pwede sun cell subscriber sa mga online games like garena? may kasi di sa likod ng shop namin na ganyan machine bili sana ako ng load sa garena pero ayaw ang sun number ko?
