SHIPPING TERMS:

 1. Shipping Charge is shouldered by the buyer unless stated under free shipping promo.

 2. Shipping rates may vary especially when packages include bulk orders.  

 3. For shipment we require a FULL PAYMENT of the items ordered plus the applicable shipment fee. The tracking number of your   package shall be posted on the shop’s wall/note for your personal verification.

 4. Delays on delivery after our dispatched shall be the responsibility of the courier.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

 Our items are pre-orders and usually of limited stocks so RESERVATION is a must. However, RESERVATION ALSO MEANS A SURE PURCHASE. We only reserve items for 5 days. This means "you have to send payment within 5 days after submitting your order form/details or before cut-off". Failure to pay on time will lead to an automatic cancelation of order unless buyers will communicate and make arrangements. And failure to follow these rules means you are willing to be posted as bogus buyer.

HOW TO ORDER:

 2. Upon receipt of your order form, expect an SMS, E-MAIL or PRIVATE MESSAGE  within 24hours to confirm your order with the total amount to be paid and account information.

 3. Settle the payment according to the date you have written on the orderform.

 4. Once payment has been sent kindly inform it to us & provide the paymentinformations through SMS.

 5. Once the items are on hand you will receive it within 1-3 business days.

 6. Please leave a feedback once you have received your orders. 

NOTE:***Pre-oder cut-offs are usually every 2 weeks.***Stocks will arrive 3-5 business days.
