• There is no physical store, just an online store. All orders are through meet-up and shipping only.
• I prefer text inquiries, I'm not always available to attend to calls and answer emails or pms.

• Shipments are delivered thru BayadPo for  Metro Manila next day delivery, same day and cod, and JRS for provincial delivery.
• Cut-off time for payment on same day and next day delivery is 11 am. Payments made after 11 will be picked-up for delivery the next day.
• COD (cash on delivery) is only available for Metro Manila and Cebu buyers.
• The time of arrival of the package cannot be accurately determined so make sure that someone is available in your location to receive and pay it.
• Failure to pay or receive COD orders that are already shipped for unreasonable cause will get you a spot on my blacklisted names with addresses that will be posted on all my advertisements.
• Delay on shipments may not be avoided at times for a lot of reasons (mostly due to failure of courier to pick-up) but I’ll do my best to get them delivered on time.

FOR VACCINES AND ANTI-RABIES BUYERS:  

• These products need to stay refrigerated at all times. Keep in the fridge once brought home. DO NOT FREEZE!
• On meet-ups, they are packed in ice and thick amount of papers which would last at maximum of 3hrs. It is advised to bring your own cooler or styro to prolong its coldness.
• For shipping, same day delivery is required which only applies for Metro Manila buyers. 

Please don’t ask me how to administer these vaccines. If you have absolutely no idea what to do, it’s best for your pet if you just won’t. You’ll be spending much more if something bad happens to your pet. I don't inject vaccines.
