How do I make sense of the longitude and latitude data this unit provides? Both Google Maps and Google Earth can easily translate the data into usable visual information.

The unit does not pick up a GSM signal and the SMS functions aren't working, what's wrong?
A number of things could cause this to happen:
1) Make sure the SIM card is compatible (only 2G, 2.5G, 2.75G SIM cards work)
2) Make sure there is money left on the SIM card and that it has not expired
3) Make sure there is no PIN code associated with the SIM card
4) Make sure roaming is enabled on your SIM account if you are in a different country

Can I install the software on multiple computers?
No. Each tracker’s IMEI number is unique and can only be used to setup the software on one computer once and ONLY ONCE, which means you can only use the software on that computer exclusively after successfully set it up. This is due to the security requirements of the software and the product.

How soon will I get the item? Delivery of item from China to Philippines is 3 to 7 days sometimes sooner. We are using UPS as our courier company. The item is dispatched by our supplier from China within 1-2 days and will arrive to the country within 2 days. Customs clearance and delivery to your address will take around 2 days.  Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday, so expect a few days delay over that period of time. Receiving Your GoodsCouriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. Don’t be fooled by our competitors on here that charge 1000 to 4000 peso more than what we do for the same product, saying it is that more expensive as they pay for the VAT and Import Tax for you, when in reality they are only paying 300 to 400 peso in VAT and Import Tax combined. Shipping and HandlingShipping and delivery cost is free and will be delivered directly to your address anywhere in the Philippines.The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band.
