The area is about 2 and a half hour from Manila passing by the beautiful view of Tagaytay City.  The resort is in lined with other resorts in the area but being the last resort, it is peaceful.   The neighbourhood are kind and peaceful too.  This resort has been used many years as family beach resort and during summer seasons, it is being rented for company and group outings.  The reason why people like our place is because of the many coconut trees and a big area where they could hold on their games.  The place is surrounded with cement wall except in the front beach.  It has one concrete cottage with 3 bedrooms with double beds and toilet and shower, one sawali cottage with 2 bedroom, each with 3 beds, toilet and shower, kiosk and many picnic tables.  If you are interested to buy this resort, I will not charge you anymore with the development; you only have to pay for lot which is more or less 6,000 sqm.
