Oregon Scientific Heart Rate Watch monitors heart rate, speed, distance, calories burned, and time elapsed. Furthermore, this device has a "smart training program" meant to adjust itself and give the wearer goals to help strengthen their training. The device has a very basic personal trainer to help push the wearer on and on to reach new plateaus.
