We are looking for:
- Outbound Sales Agents - Fixed 8am-5pm ShiftFixed Sunday Off
Competitive salary and commission scheme
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers for a particular account.
- Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures.
- Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information.
Requirements:
• Graduates of any 2 - 4 year course with at least 6 months of inbound CSR/TSR with upselling experience
• For undergraduates, completed 2nd year college with at least 6 months of inbound CSR/TSR with upselling experience
• College graduates or undergraduates with outbound or inbound sales experience regardless of tenure
• Ability to quickly absorb new information and must be adaptable to change
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to sell, cross sell, and up-sell company products to meet the customers’ needs
