HOW TO AVAIL A HOUSE AND LOT?
|1. Visit the model house of the housing project personally or thru your representative.|
|2. Choose the location of block and lot number and house thru developer's site map.|
|3. Decide what will be your mode and terms of payment.|
MODES OF PAYMENT:
A. Inhouse Financing - your loan will be process directly to the developer.
B. Bank Financing - developer shall be the one to process.
C. Cash Deferred Payment - 24 equal monthly installment 0% interest.
D. Spot Cash Payment - avail of discount if fully paid within 12 months.
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
A. Downpayment payable in how many months (Pre-selling)?
- Inhouse Financing – downpayment payable up to 24 months.
- Bank Financing – downpayment payable up to 15 months.
- If you will pay the net downpayment in 30 days you can avail a 7.5% of net DP.
Note: Move in will be on the 16th to 18 months for the pre-selling unit.
B. Balance payable in how many years.
- Inhouse Financing – payable maximum of 10 years.

9. Upon full downpayment or loan take out (bank financing), you may now inspect your house in preparation for transfer or move-in.
10. Sign house acceptance after inspection.
11. You may now apply for Meralco (3 weeks) and water connection (3 days). While waiting for electric connection, Developer will allow you to get electric connection thru sub-meter connection within the village.
12. Upon house acceptance, you'll be allowed to construct interior and exterior improvements and expansion.Just get approval from Developer's Office.
Approval from the Developer is free, fast and easy. You'll only pay for the Building Permit to Local Municipal's Office.
