Dear Sir/Madam,
My ORDER was delivered November 30, SUNDAY. But the ITEM is NOT I really the Item I really WANT to GIVE. I want it to REPLACE the ITEM with a GREATER VALUE OR PRICE.
The ITEM that was delivered was NOT OPENED YET from the BOX. It was a SPINDRYER. I really want to give was a WASHING MACHINE.......NOT A SPINDRYER.
The RECEIPIENT in the Philippines TOLD ME that I MISTAKENLY ORDERED AN ITEM. This receipient also told me to call to the PINAS.COM, the same day, NOVEMBER 30, SUNDAY, BUT IT WAS already too late. The OFFICE HOURS was OVER.
