Brief Background of the Appraiser

RODULFO "JUNROE" LAFRADEZ is a licensed real estate broker and licensed real estate appraiser. He has been in the real estate industry for more 14 years bringing with him in-depth knowledge and experience in the field real estate investment, property appraisal, property management, sales & leasing and other real estate services.  He set-up the branch office of an international real estate company in Cebu City (one of the more than 500 offices worldwide) and is formerly the general manager of Colliers International from year 2007 to 2011.

Throughout his career, he has earned the respect from different fields of profession because of his real estate knowledge and experience. He has been appointed as Commissioner by the Judicial Lower Court for Civil Cases, in the cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu; aiding the judges in making their verdicts.  He has done various aspects of property appraisal for individual owners and companies.
