Synerquest Management Consultancy Services as a DOLE BWC Accredited Safety Training Organization would like to render and extend its expertise and professional services to facilitate the BOSH and or COSH Trainings in the Visayas. Synerquest head office is in Quezon City.

We need at least 25 participants who are definitely and 100% decided to register, pay and attend the BOSH and or COSH safety trainings. Since this will be organized by Synerquest for you, prepayment of Regisration Fee is required to ensure that expenses are covered prior to the conduct of the safety training. However, you have the option to pay on the day of the training, but again, priority will be given to paid participants.

If we can come up with 25 registered and paid participants, we will be honored in Synerquest to travel to Cebu to conduct the safety trainings. If this will be realized, you will not need to travel to Manila for your safety trainings.

We will update you by email from time to time as to the number of participants in your region who has registered or who has registered and paid. When we reach 25 registered and paid participants, we shall finalize a schedule that will be acceptable to all.

Why should you pre-pay or pay in advance the registration fee?

• Because you want to be part of the 25 paid registrants so that a schedule can soon be finalized.
  
• Because you are decided to attend the safety training and you want to ensure a slot is reserved for you.
  
• Because the safety training will be conducted in your location in Cebu. This makes the training in-house. Participants will have to pay for the costs in advance to protect also the interest of the company.
• Synerquest needs an assurance that all expenses are covered or budgetted prior to its conduct. Fees for in-house includes: professional fee for the speakers, rent expense for the venue, 2-way airfare from Manila to Cebu, hotel accommodation for the (2 to 3) resource speakers, reproduction expense for the handout materials/manuals, etc.
  

How can you be sure that your payment is secured?

• Synerquest will issue you an official receipt which is your proof that you have paid.
  
• Payment may be refunded if the training did not push through or for your personal reason. In this case, the official receipt must be returned back to us first before the refund is processed/released.

Under Rule 1033 of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (as amended) and DO 16 series of 2001, to wit “The minimum qualifications, duties and number of required safety and health officers shall be as follows: 1) All safety officers must complete the Bureau-prescribed training course prior to their appointment as in their respective places of employment; 2) All full-time safety officers must meet the requirement of duly-accredited Safety Practitioners or Safety Consultants by the Bureau; and 3) Not less than the required number of supervisors or technical personnel shall take the required trainings and shall be appointed as a safety officer on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the number of workers employed and the hazardous or non-hazardous nature of the workplace.”
