Industrial Wastewater Treatment is one of the topmost priority area today. Increased Social awareness, Industrial and Legal framework have made it compulsory today to minimize the pollution to almost 'Nil' levels. The conventional Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPS) are able to efficiently control pH, Suspended Solids, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and osmosis System (RO Systems) for reduction in Effluent quantity.
However, BOTH ROUTES DO NOT ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM OF TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS and also are UNABLE TO GIVE A ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE OF EFFLUENT.
THERMAL EVAPORATION of the Effluent is the only cost effective solution today for total removal of TDS and also to give a Total Zero Liquid Effluent Discharge. The Water Evaporated can be totally reuse after proper treatment.
