engine: 1300cc very low fuel comsumption average 10-13 kms per liter on city driving! proven and tested!

- usually takes 150 pesos from office to work with much traffic and back.

facts about the car This car has been bought late september of 1997 and has been hardly used because it was just a back up car, it was most of the time parked in the garage but was maintained even if it was not used. this car still smells new but because it was in the garage may have accumulated some dirt overtime but has recently been cleaned since then.. this has not been in any accidents, never been flooded or subjected to any damage. Owner of this car is an old lady who hardly drive and had very limited places to go to that explains why it did not accumulate much mileage in it.

Things that need attention:

- 1 rear tire is 40 percent/ can be replaced if needed/ spare tire is already used.

- rear wood spare tire cover is worn out that's why it was taken out

- very small dent and minor"minor" scratches(hairline)

- engine is a bit dirty. have accumulated dust and and dirt througout the years/ if next owner is meticulous might want to have it washed by honda casa to ensure  right procedure.never dared to have it done afraid it might damage the engine or any of its components.

- original seat cover is worn out/ seats might need protection need to buy new seat cover.

Recent things done for preventive maintenance:

- ATF changed and filter replaced

- tint has been upgraded

- brake cleaning and adjustment

- wiper changed to silicone type

Reason for selling: Will need to dispose this car to make way for a new one
