1.  100% of our recruits come from CEBU, BOHOL AND TACLOBAN.  They have to undergo mandatory Pre-Departure Employment Seminar at DOLE Region 8-Tacloban and DOLE Region 7-Cebu before a clearance will be issued.  Applicants are screened by DOLE personnel themselves making sure that they all have the necessary security clearances (brgy and police), medical certificates, birth certificates (making sure no minor applicants are recruited).  How does this impact you, our dear clients?  This gives you the confidence that aside from transacting with a DOLE-licensed recruitment agency, you also have the peace of mind that the agency is compliant with regards to the recruitment of their applicants, and that the KASAMBAHAY who will be part of your family is not "COLORUM".  

2.  We all deserved a personalized service.  Hence, being a customer-service oriented agency, the owners themselves are always at your service should you wish to deal with and talk to them directly.  Our manila office is being managed by the husband and the cebu main is headed by the wife.  Why do we have to do this?  Simply because we truly understand that it is still a different feeling being able to talk to owners themselves, more credible so to speak and they always have the final say just to give the peace of mind you truly deserve.
