1.  Why should we choose Quality Care?

   We believe everyone deserves a personalized service.  The owner himself is the one managing the MANILA office and the Main is managed by the wife.  The reason?  We simply want to get the issues straight from the clients and address them the soonest possible time.  Just call the office and as long as it falls within the normal office hours, you will definitely be entertained.

   At Quality Care, finding the perfect match is our first job once a family contacts us, but already all candidates have been screened, and qualifications held to diligent scrutiny. This way, even when reviewing your first candidates, you can rest assured that you are already looking at an elite class of househelps.

2.  What sets you apart from the rest?

   We listen to our people and much more to our clients. We believe everything has a solution, meeting halfway, that is. We value good customer service regardless of who we are dealing with.

   But really, what sets us apart from the rest?

    

   1. 95% of our applicants for maids, nannies, and other household workers come from OUTSIDE Luzon as we have DOLE-authorized recruiters from these areas. We coordinate and work closely with the local government and the PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE.

   2. Our applicants have been medically screened prior to deployment (Chest X-ray, CBC and Urinalysis). This is FREE on the part of the clients. We shall furnish you with a copy of the test results.

   3. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Quality Care does not give FALSE HOPES AND BROKEN PROMISES. Never do we guarantee on our helpers performance and behavior once they are deployed. However, to at least deter them from doing such acts, we would require them to secure a brgy clearance AND police certificates. On top of that, a picture taking and finger printing shall also be conducted as part of our security SOP. We would scan all the available documents that we have for our helpers and we will email them to you after 48 hours from contract signing.

   4. As a legitimate business entity, we make sure that we always follow the guidelines set by DOLE and the local government. We will issue you a BIR official receipt, furnish you with a copy of our service contract, among others. We value transparency and integrity in our every dealing.

   OUR GUARANTEE: We are confident that our house helps will provide you with excellent service and will quickly integrate into your home. However, if the individual does not work out as you had hoped, we have a replacement guarantee. We will provide you with SIX MONTHS replacement guarantee, to a maximum of 3 additional replacements over this period. Should we fail to give a replacement after 30 days from formal notice, then we PROMISE to give back a portion of the agency fee, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
