        1).  NO atleast two (2) requirements (NBI + Birthcert, or NBI + Brgy, or NBI +   

              Diploma, or NBI + Valid ID, etc.), NO Deployment       

        2).  NO Orientation/Briefing, NO Deployment;

        3).  Medical is optional, can be done upon the request at the Employer’s expense;

        4).  Delivery of worker (original or replacement) is optional, can be done upon the request at the Employer’s   

              expense (Delivery Fee applied), still subject for availability of Delivery Staff;

        5).  Guarranteed three (3) replacements within six (6) months contract;

        6).  FREE! replacement (once only) within thirty (30) days from the first day of the

               original worker reported for work, whose services had been terminated for cause

               and consistent with the governing Laws, Rules and Regulations;

        7).  Guarranteed refund of the seventy five percent (75%) of the original Agency Fee,

               if the agency failed to provide a replacement after a lapse of one (1) month from

               receipt of the request for the replacement of the original worker;

               NOTE: Refund is being applied ONLY if the agency failed to provide a replacement.

        8).  The Employer is deemed to have forfeited his right for a replacement without cost

               or refund of the service fee, if the Employer failed to avail it within one month

               from the date of the engagement of the original worker.
