How many lots will there on each island?
A typical lot will have approximately 6 to 20 lots per island.

What is the lot area and price range of the Island lot?
The Island lots are approximately 540 SQM to 1,320 SQM in size and the price ranges from Php 6 Million to Php 26 Million, inclusive of VAT.

What is the lot area of Front Lake lot?
The Front Lake lots are approximately 400 SQM to 950 SQM in size and the price ranges from Php 5 Million to Php 11 Million, inclusive of VAT.

Do the house have only one design? 
The house design must be "Asian Contemporary or Modern Contemporary" design. 

When can we build the house? 
The house can be build after the turn over and within five (5) years or upon full payment.

PROCEDURES 

What are the requirements to purchase an ETON Property? 
To purchase an ETON property at South Lake Village, buyers must first pay a Reservation Fee of 
Php100, 000, sign the Reservation Agreement, and fill out the Client’s Information Sheet. The 
down payment is due 30 days after reservation. Post-dated checks are required for all payment 
schemes. Twenty percent (20%) down payment payable in twenty four (24) months. There will be Php 32,419.61only.

Is the reservation fee refundable? 
The reservation fee is deductible from the down payment but is non-refundable.

Do I get my own title? 
Yes, a Certificate of Transfer of Title is given for each property.

DELIVERY 

When is the delivery/turnover of the properties? 
We started delivering the properties to owners since year 2011.
