Gawa ho sa China lahat ng gadgets na available sa Interakitv Gadgets. Halos lahat ng electronics manufacturers tulad ng sa Apple at Samsung ay nasa China kasi mura nga ang labor dun. Kahit na China made mga to, lahat original ang operating system at parts. Hindi sila katulad ng mga nagkalat na mga Chinaphone. Kung ano ang nakalagay sa Samsung Galaxy, yun din ang makikita niyo sa mga units namin. Sinisigurado namin sa warranty namin na high quality at di sirain ang mga gadgets namin. Meron naman pong mga sellers na sasabihin na Made in Korea sa kanila. Kung makikita niyo nga naman yung kahon, Korean po ang sulat. Pero madali lang naman mag-print ng Korean sa kahit ano. Kung nakabili man kayo, pansinin niyo na nakalagay sa bar code na designed in Korea ang gadget. China din po yun. 2) Galing ako sa probinsya. Sure ba na matatanggap namin yan? Tumatanggap naman kami ng credit card payments para sa provincial orders thru Paypal para safe at secure. Gamit ho yun sa buong mundo, kaya sigurado. 5) Bago ba yung mga unit? Brand new lahat ng gadgets ng Interaktiv. Galing lahat sa factory. 6) Saan ang shop ninyo? Purely online store ho kami ngayon. Pwede pa rin ang meetups malapit sa MRT/LRT. 7) Ano ang mga features?/ Pakisabi/Paki-send ng complete specs. Nakalagay na ho sa lahat ng ads ng Interaktiv ang complete features at specs ng gma unit namin. Tested namin tong mga to at hindi copy-paste sa Internet. 8) Meron bang warranty? Merong 1 month replacement warranty. Meron ding one-year service warranty. Pagkatanggap niyo ng gadget, meron kaming ibibigay na warranty contract. Lahat ng details nandun. 9) Tumatanggap ba kayo ng swap? Hindi ho. 10) May stock pa ba kayo? Hangga't nakikita niyo yung produkto sa Interaktiv, meron pong stock at available ang mga unit. 11) Meron pang mga mas murang tablet? Mas sulit ata mga yun. Maraming dahilan kaya mas mura ang isang gadget. Hindi din ibig sabihin na mas kilala ang brand mas maganda. Ang specs pa rin ang nagagamit at hindi ang pangalan. Para tulungan kayo na makapag-desisyon, eto ang mga specs na dapat niyong hanapin: a) Operating system at version May mga tablet na talagang mas mura pero ang operating system(OS) ay Android 2.3 pababa. Malapit na i-phase out ang mga ito kaya bagsak presyo na. Marami ring mga apps na nila kayang i-run. Lahat ng mga tablet ng Interaktiv ngayon ay authentic Android 4. Lahat ng mga screens ng mga tablet ng Interaktiv ay tama ang resolution para sa screen size. c) Capacitive multi-touch Karamihan ng mga mas mura ay yung mga tinatawag na resistive screen. Tawag namin dito pawis steering tablet. Kailangan niyo pang diinan ang pagpindot para gumalaw ang screen. Kapag naglaro kayo ng Angry birds dito, slow motion. meron namang tinatawag na soft touch. Ang technical na tawag sa mag 'to ay capacitive screen. Mas responsive ang screen sa daliri at hindi na kailangan ng diin. Mas masarap at di nakakapagod gamitin. Siguraduihin na itanong ang mga ito. Kung hindi nila masagot, sabihin nilang hindi nila alam, o ibahin ang usapan, mag-ingat. Baka di kayo maka-Sulit. Bakit ho kayo makiki-deal sa taong hindi kilala ang produkto nila? binebentahan lang po kayo nun. Kami sa Interaktiv, alam ang mga detalyeng ito at hindi sila itatago. 12) Pagkatapos kong bumili, paano kung may tanong ako tungkol sa gadget?
