Room in Makati Makati City Metro Manila Real Estate Philippines

Hi, 

We are a couple renting out a spacious two bedroom flat in Makati. Just outside Bel-Air and near SM Jazz Residences.

Looking for a flat mate to occupy the second bedroom to help with the costs. You will have your own bathroom. We are preferably looking for single occupant who works at the Makati CBD as our place is a 20 minute walk to Ayala Avenue. 

The apartment is fully furnished and we can share the common areas such as the kitchen and living room. However we don't have a space for laundry so take advantage of the multiple laundry shops nearby at 30PHP a kilo. 

We also have cats so the person inquiring must love cats.
