Laptops by order are subject to the following conditions:

1. All laptops are brand new, complete packages and will carry the stated Manufacturer´s warranty commencing at the time of the order. Whenever possible, a copy of the proof of purcahse/receipt will be provided for claiming the warranty.
2. A 20% down payment is required for confirming your order. This down payment is non-refundable unless the item cannot be delivered. This down payment is required to discourage bogus/non-committed buyers.
3. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the laptop is delivered, although Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is preferred. For laptops that are to be delivered via LBC, the remaining balance should be paid first before the item is shipped.
4. As delivery times vary depending on the laptop ordered, please refer to the estimated delivery period of each model. 

Payment methods:

1. For down payments, only bank deposit (BPI) and PayPal payments (including credit card) are accepted. Please note that PayPal payments are subject to fees especially when using your credit card and these fees are to be shouldered by the buyer.
2. For the remaining balance, only Cash-on-Delivery (COD), bank deposit and PayPal payments are accepted. For payments other than COD, these have to be cleared first before item is delivered or shipped.

Delivery Methods:

1. For safety reasons, meet-ups are in public areas in Quezon City area, Trinoma, SM North and Gateway Mall only.
2. If meet-up is not possible, the laptop may be shipped to areas covered by LBC, with a standard rate of Php 1,000. Take note that full payment (including shipping costs) has to be cleared first before the item is shipped. A copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number will be provided to the buyer as soon as the item is sent.
