3. Monthly Amortization - the first monthly amortization will start after you have fully paid the downpayment. Hindi po magsasabay ang monthly downpayment at monthly amortization. Kaya hindi po lalaki ang inyong babayaran buwan-buwan.
4. House Turnover - Construction of the house is ongoing now. Some are 40% finished. By the time you finish your 12 months downpayment, the house will be ready for turnover and occupancy.
5. Ready for Occupancy Units - there is no ready for occupancy unit in Northeast Primarosa. Buyer will have to wait 12 months for the house to be finished. Please take not that turn-over unit has only cement finish flooring in all floors. Buyer will shoulder the cost of tile intallation.
6. Hassle Free Loan Application - Developer will handle processing of In-house loan application. Just submit all the required documents.
7. Required Documents - FOR LOCALLY EMPLOYED: Recent 1 x 1 ID Picture signed by the borrower at the back, Marriage/Birth Certificate, Proof of Billing (Meralco/Telephone Bill),Cedula, Company ID, 3-6 Months Payslip.FOR OFW APPLICANTS/FILIPINOS MARRIED TO FOREIGNER: Passport Copy, Job Contract or Certificate Of Employment and Compensation, POEA Certificate, Affidavit of Waiver from Foreigner Husband, Special Power of Attorney (Authenticated by the Embassy). 8. In cases where Developer do not accepts Bank or Pag-ibig financing, Buyer can apply individually direct to Pag-ibig or Bank of his/her choice .. Developer will support all necessary documents needed. This can be discussed. Please ask us about this.
