ABOUT MONDAVIMondavi is a full service condominium hotel with one, two, or three bedroom units for sale. It has fascinating and exciting amenities similar to a five star hotel and all first here in the country. Units are stylishly fitted and fully furnished including kitchen showcase, bedroom showcase and living room showcase.It is a very good investment for OFW’s, businessmen, Filipino-Americans, tourists, foreigners and retirees who often visit the Philippines for vacation or business purposes. It can be either a home and/or a vacation home. There is also an option of enrolling it in a condotel program as they earn rental income when not using their units.
Mode of Ownership in Mondavi Condo hotel is an "absolute ownership" of the Condotel unit evidenced by a Condominium Certificate Title (CCT). The unit is all yours, unlike in timeshare property, you are only a co-owner with a right to use the property for a certain period of time.
Mondavi Condotel is a condominium-hotel project offered for purchase to be owned by individual owners who have an option of renting it out as a hotel suite when not in use. Mondavi Condotel offeres fully-fitted, fully-furnished units with complete amenities, facilities and services similar to a 5 star resort hotel. Owners of Mondavi condotel unit may produce rental revenues, making the ownership of a unit income generating investment for them.
Mondavi shall be managed by a professional Condotel/Hotel management operator, our condotel operator is BYCL International, they are famous in catering hotels and condo hotels all over the world. BRYCL is tied up with travel agencies and other five star hotels and resorts. They will be incharged of bookings and reservations, maintenance of the property and operation of hotel services such as housekeeping, food and beverage and concierge.
Mondavi Condotel will follow an estimated percentage sharing of 50% for the unit owners and 50% for the international hotel/condotel operator. Unit owners may receive monthly income based on the size of their unit reagardless of whether said unit was rented or not. This is because Mondavi will pool together its entire total income from rental operations and distribute this to unit owners according to the percentage sharing based on gross income.
Terms of payment is payable in 3 years, No interest: 20% Down payment, 60% Monthly amortization payable in 36 months and 20% Upon turnover.
Only P 25,000.00 to reserve a unit.
