If we asked you to write a report on NGOs working in Luzon, could you? Could you make the contacts, gather data, conduct primary and secondary research, produce a written report backed up with a presentation in person or over the phone? If we asked you to co-ordinate the schedules of our project officers working the Philippines and elsewhere, to collect paperwork and chase progress, to research ideas and present your findings, to clarify facts with officials and experts - could you? And if we asked you to make good contacts with key suppliers in our industry, to represent our company at all levels, and to present a positive, professional image - could you?

If so, get in touch. We need a smart, diligent team member to co-ordinate all activity for our projects within the Philippines, and to ensure facts, figures and processes are correct. You may have a management degree or specific experience handling projects or training in a project management methodology. You should be organised and detail-orientated, able to interact with people at all levels, confident and pragmatic. You should be looking for a career in management administration, and comfortable attending events and developing a network of professional contacts. You should be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is a distinct advantage. Sometimes you'll work 9-5, other times you'll work US or UK time. You might be interested in eco-tourism and real estate. You will often be working alone whilst the team are out of the country - so you must be self-motivated and have a positive personality. The role is based in Makati and may require some travel within the Philippines. Management training is provided and coaching from our senior executives is part of the role.
