Interested parties to operate a fully operational Resto Bar in Timog Quezon City, this is your chance to have your own at the least expense. The Resto-Bar has its own share of regular patrons and the itself is complete.
To begin, the Resto-Bar is a 2 storey bar, 150 sq.m 1st floor and 40sqm 2nd floor. First floor is designed as a disco show-time bar with stage and with a 150 persons seating capacity while the 2nd floor is designed for small KTV room with 40 persons capacity.

10. have a workforce ready for new assignment (if want to re-hire personnel)
11. passed all government licenses, clearances and permits.
12. have a safe electrical connections/box
13.. have a repair and maintenance contacts (if want to maintain-aircon, sounds, lights, sewerage maintenance and repair; pest control)
14. with 2 3-toners aircondition and 2 5-toners aircondition units
15.. complete emergency signages, lights and fire extinguishers.
16. with telephone lines (3 lines).
17. have complete suppliers profile (food, liquors, beers, ice, gas, etc).
