	Proof of billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)

Security Of Payment

Post-dated checks

Requirements Of Co-Maker

	Latest 2x2 picture
	Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License etc)
	Proof of billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
	Must have valid contact numbers
	With steady source of income

Seaman's Loan

Documentary Requirements:

	Passport, Seaman's book
	Seafarer Registration Certification (SRC)
	Latest Employment Contract
	Allotment Slip
	Marriage contract, if married

OFW Loan

Documentary Requirements:

	Latest Employment Contract
	E-Receipt, POEA Information Sheet or plane ticket
	Proof of Remittance (last 3 months)
	Marriage contract, if married
