hello, i have a 115sqm lot with 50sqm house with second floor (bare type), my plan is 2 bedrooms with master at the second floor, at the ground floor extension bedroom, extension area for living and family, extension for kitchen and bathroom for a total of 61sqm... how much it will cost?

Inquire lang ako, plan ko pa next year magpatayo ng bahay. Eto ang feature na gusto ko: 3 bedrooms, 2 T & B (yung isa sa master), terrace, kitchen and dirty kitchen pa sa likod ng bahay, no need to allot space for parking lot - bungalow type ang bahay. Pakibigyan mo na lang ako ng qoutation or idea kung magkano ang low and middle cost design mo. Yung mga kwarto e standard sizes lang then ang living room e depende na sa design nyo ang laki at stock room, ang lote e medyo maluwag naman kaya no need to consider ang floor area. Medium size na bahay lang.

Nakita ko po post nyo sa sulit and maybe you can give me an idea about sa cost ng pagpapagawa ng bahay, kahit rough estimate lang sir...
Taga cavite din po ako sir may house and lot ako sa dasmarinas 70sqm lot area may nakatayo na na bare unit 33sqm
na single attached subdivision sya.
but ang idea ko remodel lang muna ang house like ng attached pictures but may future provisions para sa 2 or 3 storey with roofdeck...nasa inner nga pala yung lot ko so, of course design pwede mag-vary ...personal idea lang po yung mga pictures...of course kung me mas ok kayong design na mapropose...but ganun po plan ko 1 floor with roofdeck then may provisions lang for 2nd flor expansion..
Also, what if we will use concrete panels ...mga gaano kalaki cost difference kung conventional hollow blocks ...
I am an OFW so this is where i plan to spend my hard earned money paguwi ko...

I have viewed your ads just now and I'm so impressed of your accomplished projects. I'm planning to have landscape in my place inside and outside the house like having artificial waterfalls. I am from Cubao, Quezon City. Is it possible that you come and take a look at my place? Maybe it would cheap if I get plants from here and get your service instead. landscape. Aside from this, I'm thinking of pursuing to have a 2nd floor of my house this time. It was a major renovation last year , but unfortunately, my brother and I were not satisfied with the result of the finishing. So much time and money were wasted until we took over the construction from the very bad contractors. Hope you could HELP us.

This house design (36) has 260 SQM total floor area. It will cost from P4.7M - 5.8M.
