1. Reservation is Php10,000.00. It is not refundable but is part of the downpayment. Buyer can transfer to another unit under same developer. All payments will be credited to the new unit choosen. Wala pong penalty or mawawala sa payment. Just pay transfer fee of Php3,000.00.
2. Monthly Downpayment - your first downpayment will start 30-45 days after you paid your reservation. Hindi po sabay ang pagbabayad ng reservation at first downpayment.
