JOB TITLE: Sales & Marketing Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

To generate sales using proactive approach using telemarketing, email marketing and personal presentations. Ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. Maintain and update information on database accurately and consistently.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and managing direct marketing campaigns, making outbound telephone calls to target audiences including cold calling, regular follow ups, and email
• Ensure targets are met and recorded
• Handling of inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
• Building relationships with new & existing clients

QUALITIES NEEDED:

·         Excellent personal presentation skills, Good telephone manner/customer service ability

·         Must have good communication & negotiation skills

·         Sales/Telemarketing experience preferred but not essential

·         IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word

·         Good research and analytical skills

·         Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing. Good team player with smart appearance

·         Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
