Each package described is only a suggestion. We've found that brides like a general idea of what services we offer and guideline pricing. Every bride is unique, and her special day should be EXACTLY that - perfect for her. Some brides want to do most everything themselves and just want some reassurance and guidance when requested, other brides feel overwhelmed and would feel much more comfortable with a professional wedding planner taking care of every detail. Regardless of whether or not you are like one of the brides described or somewhere in between, we would love to visit with you and create a package that fits your needs. Each Coordination package includes all services described in each previously listed package.
~ Coordination Packages ~
For All Coordination Packages:
* At least one coordinator and one assistant will be present for every wedding with 100-199 guests.
* At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present for every wedding with 200-299 guests.
(Additional fee will be incurred.)
* At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present for every wedding with 300 guests or more.
(Additional fee will be incurred.)
* All weddings with more than 350 guests will require custom packages and pricing.
An additional fee will be added to any wedding/event on a holiday or holiday weekend. (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas.)
PACKAGE ONE: ON THE DAY COORDINATION
| * Unlimited Phone Calls and/or Emails * Etiquette guidelines * Direction of rehearsal (Subject to church guidelines) * Wedding day delivery contact for vendors * Emergency kit to address any issues that might arise * Direction of ceremony and reception * Pin on boutonnieres and distribute bouquets (to wedding party only) * Bustling and care for Wedding Dress * Prepare final meal for bride and groom to take with them on honeymoon * Two in person planning meetings (one-hour each) - site visits not included * Itinerary for wedding party and family members to be distributed at Rehearsal * Vendor recommendations * Vendor confirmations * Provide customized wedding planning timeline * Deadline reminders for tasks and payments (if payment schedules are provided) * Oversee Ceremony site set-up * Oversee Reception site set-up * Purchase and deliver food and beverages for wedding party as needed (Price of items not included) * Available up to eight hours on wedding day * We accept no commissions from vendors * Full discounts on rentals, invitations, and other vendors are passed directly on to our clients |
PACKAGE TWO:PARTIAL COORDINATION
| * Theme development and design advice * Date and time reminders for wedding party * Delivery of personal items and gifts after reception (not more than 20 miles from reception site) * Clean-up of ceremony and reception site (Subject to restrictions) * Return of any rental items (Subject to restrictions) * Complete coordination from engagement up to leaving for your honeymoon (Consultation or coordination for engagement parties, showers, etc.) * Accompaniment and advice at vendor appointments (additional fees apply for more than 6 appointments) * Assembling and mailing of standardized invitations (does not include addressing, cost of stamps, or individualized assembly per guest) * Distribution of flowers (including pinning of all lapel flowers, distribution of all bouquets, and set up of floral arrangements as needed.) * Pick-up of any rental items (Subject to restrictions) * Rehearsal planning * Out-of-town guest accommodations (confirming hotel room blocks, liaison for hotel and guests) * Plus all items listed in above Coordination packages |
PACKAGE THREE: FULL COORDINATION

* Honeymoon research & coordination * Honeymoon transportation arrangements * Pick up bridesmaid dresses at rehearsal to be pressed/steamed and returned on the day of the wedding (cost of pressing/steaming services are not included) * Review and Negotiate vendor contracts * Mail payments to vendors with post-dated checks * Day of payment of vendors and services at wedding * Purchase, arrangement, and delivery of custom gift baskets for guests (Cost of items not included) * Reception Seating Arrangement assistance and management * RSVP management * Ceremony site set-up (Subject to restrictions) * Reception site set-up (Subject to restrictions) * Complete arrangements and concierge services for out-of-town guests (rental vehicles, hotel information, and tourist information) * Create and maintain wedding expense sheet and payment schedule * Plus all items listed in above Coordination packages |
Each package is divided into equal payments with the non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment due 30 days prior to the event.
