Investors for Manganese Ore

  i am bobby celiz, an agent.i have an investor from panama and iran who wants to invest(joint venture or royalty system) in Mn and he's mining engineer will be here in our country this october or by november. they require the following:
1.)project cost
  -transportation cost(from mining site to international port)
  -hauling/handling cost
  -labor cost
  -under the table cost
  -etc(e.g. permits)
2.)production cost and capacity(preferably presented on table)
  -manual
  -mechanical
3.)they also want to know the time the mining operation will start upon giving you a certain amount of money. the sooner, the better.
4.)they want want to see all your documents upon meeting(to check their genuinity
